Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to this website of Aarna Foundation. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the cause on payment gateway as under:-

We use payment gateway for two purposes; for receiving donation and for contributions towards our publications.

For Receiving Donation:

No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.

Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the social developmental work of Aarna Foundation.

For Contributions towards Publications:

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed /approved by Aarna Foundation, the cancellation charges will become applicable at a flat rate of 25% of the order value. Aarna Foundation has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aarna Foundation and accept Aarna Foundation decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.
